Egg Oat Face Mask



Skin's Best Friend introduce



Ingredients:

1 Egg Yolk
½ Cup of Finely Ground Raw Rolled Oats

Prep:

Put the rolled oats in a coffee grinder to grind down the oats or place the oats in sealed plastic bag and break down by rolling a rolling pin over the bag. Once the rolled oats are finely milled, mix the yolk and oats together in a small mixing bowl.  Apply the face mask to your clean face and neck and leave on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water. Gently pat your skin dry with a soft hand towel then apply an oil-free moisturizer.


Benefits:

Egg yolk is rich in Vitamin A, which is known to fight acne and prevent future break outs from occurring. Vitamin A will heal and repair your skin, aiding with the production of new skin cells to form. The yolk of an egg is very effective in fighting acne.
Rolled oats contain healthy fats that add moisture and hydration to skin. Oats are a great exfoliator for the skin, removing cellular build-up (dead skin cells) and allowing new, fresh skin to surface.  They contain saponins that gently remove dirt, oil, and bacteria from your pores without clogging your pores and will leave your skin glowing and radiant.
